Z-Polymers Tullomer: This filament is SWEEPING the manufacturing field! Because it's 100% crystalline like metals and has a higher tensile strength than Stainless Steel, Aluminum, PEEK and Ultem. Inert to most chemicals, radio transparent, DOESN'T need to be annealed for crystallisation! And cheaper than PEEK, PEKK & Ultem.
PEKK-(PolyEtherKetoneKetone) is one of the highest performance materials in the world while also being one of the easiest to print ultra-polymers.
PSU- [Polysulfone] is a high-temperature amorphous polymer that offers excellent mechanical, thermal, and chemical resistance properties.
PPS (Polyphenylene Sulfide) is a high-performance polymer that exhibits exceptional chemical resistance along with high thermal and mechanical properties. Widely known as one of the most chemically resistant thermoplastic materials available. PPS is completely insoluble in any known solvent under 200°C. PPS is used in some of the most demanding applications in Auto, Chemical Processing, Oil & Gas, and Electronics.
PPA HTN- (High Temperature Nylons) These can be Glass or Carbon Fiber Reinforced giving them excellent strength and stiffness over a wide temperature range, up to 260°C, higher than ULTEM™ PEI. Outstanding chemical resistance to alcohols, acids, automotive and jet fuels, oils, lubricants, brake and transmission fluids, antifreeze, and Zn/Ca Chlorides
Engineering Grade
PC (PolyCarbonate) A premium high-heat 3D printing filament made using Lexan® Polycarbonate from Sabic. PC has some of the best mechanical properties & high-heat resistance in the 3D Printing world (Tg of 147°C).
PCTG -An excellent alternative to the ever-popular PETG. This material exhibits low shrinkage and excellent dimensional stability making it a go-to for engineering applications.
PC ABS even CF PC ABS - The mechanical properties & high-heat resistance of PC with the printability of ABS and allows for the printing of functional prototypes and production parts with very fine detail and excellent surface quality.
Nylon 6- Nylon is the industry standard go-to engineering-grade of thermoplastic across the globe thanks to its excellent mechanical, thermal, and chemical resistance properties.
Nylon PA12+CF An excellent choice for tools, fixtures, and jigs. Low density makes it ideal for light-weight parts and high thermal properties, with a CUT of 120°C and HDT of 150°C
PVDF -( Polyvinylidene Fluoride) This amazing material has exceptional thermal and chemical resistances. It DOES NOT absorb moisture, and is resistant to nuclear radiation. Rated for uses up to 130°C – this filament can be used in demanding applications under the most extreme conditions making it a great fit for applications which will be exposed to harsh environments.
TPU- (Thermoplastic polyurethane) This elastomer is an engineering-grade material highly known and used for its flexibility, chemical resistance, and toughness. Selecting the correct Shore hardness is key to the application of this material.
HIPS-(High Impact Polystyrene) is an excellent choice for parts which require low-gloss and nearly invisible layer lines. Very strong and durable printing material with good impact resistance.
ASA- (Acrylonitirle Styrene Acrylate) is a UV-resistant, famously weatherable polymer. Our ASA has a low-gloss matte finish which makes it the perfect filament for technical-looking prints UV-stability makes it an ideal material for outdoor applications which experience intense exposure to the sun and elements.

Specialties
ESD-Safe ( electrostatic discharge) Almost every material listed on this page can be requested as an ESD for an application required.
Simubone- That's right! Your reading correctly! 3DXtech's SimuBone® Bone Modeling Filament is the latest technology in anatomical bone modeling materials. It is ideal for use in both educational and clinical settings as a replacement for cadaver bone and for patient-specific preoperative surgical planning.
Antibacterial PLA- Antibacterial PLA Filament is ISO 22196:2011 certified antibacterial and is produced in an ISO 13485 compliant facility. Another material from 3DXTech which uses state-of-the-art nano silver technology to achieve ISO certified antibacterial properties. This material is GREATER THAN 99% EFFECTIVE because it starts to eliminate MRSA and E. coli CFU’s (Colony Forming Units) within minutes of exposure and continues until more than 99% are eliminated at 24 hours.
Prototyping Materials
ABS- (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) is one of the most widely used 3D printer filaments on the market, and for good reason. It has excellent mechanical properties and printability, giving this material’s parts durability and a less brittle quality than other similar polymers.
PETG- is a durable material that has excellent strength, chemical resistance, and looks amazing. This material is easier to print than ABS or Nylon, but offers many of the advanced properties of an engineering-grade resin.
PLA- Easily the most well-known and widely used material for its ease of printing, stiffness, and extremely high visual print quality. It is ideal for prototypes, concept models, and end-use printed parts for hobbyists to industry engineers alike.
